Suzanne Jongmans – Kindred Spirits

In its ongoing series, Still here and Kindred Spirits Suzanne Jongmans gives shape to the invisible and intangible passage of time. Her latest works are translations of the pleasant and warm feeling of the word ‘melancholy’. Each work is a portrait of a reminder and is inextricably linked. In contrast to previous work, she uses materials that come from nature, such as twigs, flowers or fluff which she places as ephemeral jewels in her compositions.
